Thomas Fricke:- Thomas Fricke has been Managing Director of Daimler Buses India since May 2017. In this
function, he is responsible for the development, production and sales of BharatBenz buses,
Mercedes-Benz luxury coaches and bus chassis for India as well as exports of bus chassis to
markets in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and South East Asia. Before this, he had been
responsible for the development and market introduction of the European coach platform of
Daimler Buses (Setra and Mercedes-Benz brands).
Thomas Fricke was born in 1972 in Germany. Following engineering and business studies at
Oxford University, UK, and Darmstadt Technical University, Germany, he joined Daimler in 1998
in the company’s international management trainee program. He subsequently took over various
assignments with increasing responsibilities in the Bus division, including Head of Bus Assembly
at the Ulm plant, Head of Production and Quality at the Mannheim plant and Production

Vikash Mohan:- As the COO of DHL SmarTrucking - India, Vikash is responsible for building a passionate and
committed operations team and setting up an agile operating process for easy and reliable
road transportation services aided by smart technologies. In a career spanning 24 years,
most of which has been in the logistics industry, Vikash has gained considerable experience

Here he was a critical part of various product launches.

Wensi Jin:- Wensi Jin is Automotive Industry Manager at MathWorks, responsible for strategic planning and technology rollout. His focus is to foster industry adoption of Model-Based Design and MathWorks tools. Prior to joining MathWorks, he worked on real-time simulation and hardware in-the-loop test systems, first as an applications engineer then as a business development manager. Pamela Kumar:- Since February 2017, Ms. Pamela Kumar has been appointed as the Director General of TSDSI. An alumnus of PEC
Chandigarh, Rutgers University and IIM Bangalore, Pamela brings with her an experience of 30+ years in the
communications, computers and semiconductor industry.
Prior to TSDSI, she has spent the first 10 years of her career at AT&T, Bell Labs in USA and at C-DOT in Bangalore.
Later, she held leadership positions in Texas Instruments, IBM, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, R&D labs in India. She also
did a short stint with 2 startups, setting up the R&D centers of Network Programs and Alliance Semiconductors. She holds
3 Patents granted by USPTO and has 5 patent applications pending in the Networking Accelerators domain. She has
been a Keynote/ invited speaker in 60+ Local and Global forums.
Pamela is also the Founding Chair and current President of Cloud Computing Innovation Council of India (CCICI). She is
on the Governing Board of Indian Financial Technologies and Allied Services (IFTAS) and PEC University of Technology.
She is the Bharti Chair for IT Research and Member Research Council, UIET, Panjab University. She also mentors a few
Startups in the ICT space.
Srini Adiraju:- As a head of cybersecurity, Srini Adiraju defines global cybersecurity strategy, develops solutions, and drives process improvements and the culture of cybersecurity at Visteon. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience in software and product development with a strong focus on security.
Prior to joining Visteon, Most recently, Srini was with Scientific Games as Executive Director of Engineering. He led the teams to design and develop the next generation gaming platform with robust operating systems, gaming SDK, communication framework and graphics tool-chain for WMS Gaming/Scientific Games.
Srini has built and led high-performance teams across multiple locations to design and develop software for the gaming platform. Srini contributed heavily to design and development of software, over-the-air standards, and protocols for the first downloadable gaming platform. Before that, he spent several years at Cambia Networks, 3Com/US Robotics, and Larsen and Toubro in leading engineering teams developing Cable and networking products.
Srini has a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India; and a master’s degree in computer science and engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Allahabad, India. Srini holds several patents in the gaming industry.
Abhijit Sengupta:- Abhijit Sengupta is the Sub- Regional Director for SEA and India for HERE Technologies based in Singapore. Abhijit brings over 20 years of experience across Product Management, Product Operations and driving Customer Successes in Location Content and Telecommunication Content in B2B and B2C segments with market leading organizations. Abhijit has extensive experience in working in startup phase in the Indian Telecom sector and has led some “first to the industry” and “first to the market” product launches. During last around 10 years with HERE Technologies, Abhijit led Product Management and Product Operations to launch map and content in high growth SEA markets and India. Having worked with many key customers in the region, Abhijit has led thought leadership in defining the product and content strategy for SEA. As the world is gearing to handle more and more data in the connected environment, Location context is going to be the key to usher the Autonomous World. Abhijit is leading the team in India and SEA to bring the relevant location context to the big data to ensure it has the relevant local context and it serves across various industry segments.

Pranshu Gupta:- Pranshu Gupta is the Founder & CEO of Trak N Tell, a Gurgaon-based IoT startup that provides
sophisticated vehicle telematics solutions. His chief responsibilities entail looking over the business
operations of the company. A software engineer by training with a passion for automobiles,
Pranshu combines his deep knowledge of both fields to create innovative products.
After earning a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida in 1995, Pranshu
began his professional career as a Systems Analyst with Exxon Exploration Company, the world's
largest publicly traded Oil and Gas enterprise. In 1997, he joined Yahoo Inc. as a senior technical
executive and played a vital role in transforming the company into one of the world’s biggest
Following years of training and gaining vast experience in this field, Pranshu moved back to India
in 2003 and set up his first venture, Pran Enterprises, LLC (Cupertino, CA, USA) which offered
custom web solutions to its customers. Later, he founded Bits N Bytes Soft Private Limited in May
2007 and subsequently, incepted Trak N Tell. He got its first OEM customer in 2013 and
successfully raised his first round of funding within a year, followed by a second round in 2015-16.
Furthermore, Pranshu also hopes to attain a large majority of Indian vehicle owners as customers
at Trak N Tell in the next five years.
An ambitious entrepreneur, Pranshu feels that his employees at Trak N Tell are the most valuable
aspects for his company’s growth. Additionally, with some seasoned professionals working with
him since its launch, his company is a prime example of loyalty and the one that treats every
employee as an integral part of the company.
Apart from work, Pranshu loves off-roading, watching movies, and listening to music. His hobbies
include flying airplanes and wishes to renew his pilot license in the not too distant future.
